To submit your return request please complete the form on the following page. You will receive an email confirming your request, and a member of our Customer Care team will provide you with a unique Return Authorization number and additional instructions. Returns received at our warehouse without a Return Authorization will be refused.

You can request a return within 7 days from the date that you received your order.

Before shipping back your return, please ensure that all items are in their original condition, with all tags and seals attached.

We reserve the right to refuse late returns or items that are not in their original condition.
